Refund Policy

If the services not delivered within the specified time duration and we have received payment from the payment gateway, then it shall be refunded to your e-wallet after reconciliation with payment gateway, but due to technical reasons, the resolution may take 2 to 7 days to resolve the same

  • We shall refund the respective amount in user account e-wallet.
  • User can use e-wallet amount for their further transactions up to the value of e-wallet amount.
  • If user want to take refund, it shall be refunded on demand to the same account from where the amount was deducted (the payment shall be refunded only if services are not delivered).
  • The refund processed may take 10 to 30 working days to reflect in your bank account also a confirmation E-mail shall be sent to your registered email id with us.
  • Refund shall not be refunded to bank account, if the payment was made towards account/ e-wallet Top up, as it is just for service usage and user can use available services on portal without payment gateway authentication till the amount available on e-wallet.
  • You are responsible for the mobile number, DTH account number or data card number you purchase recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases.
  • We are not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number or data card number and there is no refund possible in this case.
  • Our liability is only restricted to provide a valid recharge (as per operator) or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed recharge on our system.
  • All points mentioned above are subjected to operator and payment gateway policy, procedure, concern & jurisdiction.
